Digital Goods (PDF Scores)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of sheet music and scores in PDF format are final and non-refundable.

Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned." Once you have purchased, downloaded, or received the link to the PDF file, the service is considered fully rendered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You lose your right to cancel the order once the download has started or the file has been delivered to your email.

• No refunds will be issued for "accidental" purchases or if you change your mind after the file has been sent.

Technical Issues

We want you to be happy with your music! If you encounter any of the following issues, please contact us immediately:

• Corrupt Files: If the PDF file is damaged or won't open.

• Incorrect File: If you received a different score than the one you purchased.

• Delivery Issues: If you did not receive the download link after your payment was confirmed.

In these cases, we will gladly send you a functional copy of the correct file.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice in two separate transactions, please contact us within 48 hours with your order numbers. We will review the case and, at our discretion, may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
